What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for every order. eSewa and Khalti digital wallets are shown at checkout but are coming soon — they aren't live yet.

Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?

Delivery is free anywhere inside the Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur). Orders outside the valley have a flat Rs 150 delivery charge.

How long does delivery take?

Orders inside the Kathmandu Valley usually arrive within 1–2 days. Orders elsewhere in Nepal may take longer depending on your location — we'll call to confirm timing after you order.

Are your products certified?

Yes. Caro Foods is certified by the Department of Food Technology & Quality Control (DFTQC) and approved by the Government of Nepal. Our dried fruits, achar and oils contain no preservatives or artificial additives.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just lets you view your order history faster next time.
